Hoxton Park
I was commissioned by TC Communications to develop a full identity pitch for a flagship student accommodation site in Surrey.
The project, 488 units of purpose-built student accommodation, had a very attractive feature – a luxury Student Clubhouse with modern interiors to the likes of Soho House and the Hoxton Hotel.
The building behind Hoxton Park (currently a retirement village) dates back to the war when it was used for education purposes. In 1951 it expanded and relocated to Hoxton, London. The name was chosen as a view to look back at the history of the site and its purpose.
The brand identity was developed by researching key brands (such as Airbnb, Google, Snapchat & Spotify) which target a younger audience, which led to an art direction that thought to be minimal and playful, yet full of personality.
